Unless you get very clear about the reasons why you want your outcome, you may not make it through the hardships that often occur along the way of changing a bad habit such as nail biting.
I recommend that you write things down on paper, because that way it will sink much deeper into your brain. There have been several studies done that prove that what we jot down stays longer in our heads.
